Terms and conditions
- The promoter is FENGCHA COVENTRY LTD, trading as Akatuki, registered in England and Wales (company number 12062056), registered office 30 Great Queen Street, London, England, WC2B 5BB.
- The giveaway is a prize draw open to anyone aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter, their families and anyone involved in running the draw may not enter.
- Entries are accepted from 1 November 2026 until the restaurant closes on 1 January 2027 (the entry period). The restaurant is closed on 25 December.
- To enter, during the entry period: dine in at Akatuki, 30 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5BB (any spend; there is no minimum); join Akatuki Loyalty by scanning the QR code in the restaurant, which is free; and put your receipt in the gold box before you leave, with the name and phone number you joined with written on the back. Takeaway and delivery orders do not count, and signing up for news on this website is not an entry.
- Each dine-in receipt is one entry, and you may enter on each visit. Receipts that are unreadable, not from the entry period, or not linked to an Akatuki Loyalty member are not valid entries.
- There is one prize: one new iPhone 18 Pro, its storage size and colour chosen by the promoter. It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to someone else. If it cannot be supplied, we will give a prize of equal or greater value.
- The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries, live at the restaurant on 1 January 2027 after it closes, under the supervision of a person independent of the promoter.
- We will contact the winner by phone or email, using their membership details, within 3 days of the draw, and ask for photo ID showing they are 18 or over and the winning receipt. If we cannot reach the winner, or they do not reply within 14 days, we will draw another winner in the same way.
- The winner may collect the prize from the restaurant, or we will deliver it to a UK address at no cost, within 30 days of the winner's identity and entry being confirmed.
- With the winner's agreement, we will share their first name and last initial on our social media and in the restaurant. Anyone may ask for the winner's surname and county by emailing info@akatuki.co.uk within one month of the draw; the winner may object to this before the draw.
- We use entrants' details only to run the draw and contact the winner, as described in our privacy notice. You do not have to agree to offers or news to enter; we contact members about offers only if they agreed to it when joining. Receipts are destroyed once the prize has been given.
- iPhone is a trademark of Apple Inc. Apple is not a sponsor of, or connected with, this promotion.
- We may cancel or change the draw only if something outside our control makes it necessary, and will say so here. Entries that break these terms, or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, are not valid.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
