Terms and conditions

1. The promoter is FENGCHA COVENTRY LTD, trading as Akatuki, registered in England and Wales (company number 12062056), registered office 30 Great Queen Street, London, England, WC2B 5BB.
2. The draw is open to people aged 18 or over who live in the UK. Employees of the promoter, their families and anyone involved in running the draw may not enter.
3. Entries are accepted from 18 September 2026 until the restaurant closes on 17 October 2026 (the entry period).
4. To enter, during the entry period: dine in at Akatuki, 30-31 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5BB (any spend; there is no minimum); register as an Akatuki member by scanning the QR code in the restaurant, which is free; and put your receipt in the golden ballot box before you leave, with the name and phone number you registered with written on the back. Takeaway and delivery orders do not count.
5. Each dine-in receipt is one entry. Receipts that are unreadable, not from the entry period, or not linked to a registered member are not valid entries.
6. There is one prize of £3,000 in cash, paid by bank transfer to the winner. There is no other prize, and it cannot be transferred to someone else.
7. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries, live at the restaurant on 18 October 2026, under the supervision of a person independent of the promoter.
8. We will contact the winner by phone or email, using their membership details, within 3 days of the draw, and ask for photo ID and the winning receipt. If we cannot reach the winner, or they do not reply within 14 days, we will draw another winner in the same way.
9. The prize will be paid within 30 days of the winner's identity and entry being confirmed.
10. With the winner's agreement, we will share their first name and last initial on our social media and in the restaurant. Anyone may ask for the winner's surname and county by emailing [email protected] within one month of the draw; the winner may object to this before the draw.
11. We use entrants' details only to run the draw and contact the winner, as described in our privacy notice. We contact members about offers only if they agreed to it when registering. Receipts are destroyed once the prize has been paid.
12. We may cancel or change the draw only if something outside our control makes it necessary, and will say so here. Entries that break these terms, or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, are not valid.
13. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
